1. What is something RTOs have to deal with that you want to fix?

Most RTOs rely on many manual processes for their daily operating. This is a large resource drain which should be fixed, where possible, by automation.

2. What credentials/past experience qualify you for your position?

I am currently studying Computer Science and have a passion for technology and problem solving.

3. What do you do at aXcelerate?

At aXcelerate, I have been a member of the Customer Success Team for over two years and recently I have begun assisting the Online Enrolments team with projects.

My in-system specialties are workflow, templates and API queries. 

4. What do you like about working at aXcelerate?

The team is open, approachable and friendly.

Brisbane born and raised and currently studying a Bachelor of Computer Science at the Queensland University of Technology

I strive to be open and honest in all aspects of life and believe that all tasks be finished correctly the first time.

7. What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

When not at aXcelerate I like to read, see friends and work on personal development projects
