• 624,400+ AI-driven assessment marking suggestions, speeding feedback and consistency.
• 63,000+ assessments finalised via the aXcelerate App, proving that learning can happen anytime, anywhere.
• 72,000+ certificates automatically issued, delivering smoother completions for learners.
• 117,000+ Learner Onboarding forms completed, reducing manual entry and improving accuracy.

What We Built Together in 2025

This year we delivered 130+ new features and enhancements, all aimed at making everyday workflows faster, easier and more dependable for training organisations.

Launch of Skills

One of our biggest milestones was the launch of aXcelerate Skills – a purpose-built solution designed for high-risk industries. Skills connects training outcomes with real-world competency and readiness, giving organisations a complete view of workforce capability and confidence in deployment decisions.

Smarter Onboarding

Learner Onboarding transformed the enrolment experience by capturing essential compliance data upfront – reducing manual data entry and improving learner engagement from the first click.

Enhanced Client Portal

We reimagined the Client Portal, giving organisations self-service tools, real-time learner insights and branded experiences that elevate partner relationships.

Learning and Growth Across the Community

2025 wasn’t just about product releases – it was about empowering people too.

• aXcelerate Academy launched as a dedicated learning hub, helping users build capability, deepen platform expertise and onboard your new staff with practical, role-specific courses. Over 400 enrolments in the first month alone showed strong appetite for honing your aXcelerate knowledge.
• aXcelerate Day 2025 brought together industry leaders, educators and innovators with inspiring sessions, networking and insights into the future of training delivery.
• 24 webinars were hosted throughout the year, covering compliance essentials, platform features and sector best practices – strengthening knowledge and collaboration across the VET community.

Community, Collaboration and Looking Ahead

Our partner network continued to grow and play a key role in expanding what’s possible with aXcelerate – from technology integrations to strategic collaborations that enrich the ecosystem and deliver more value for clients.

We also welcomed 26 new team members, growing the aXcelerate family to 130+ professionals dedicated to serving your needs – all while being recognised as a Great Place To Work for the third consecutive year.
