1. What is something RTOs have to deal with that you want to fix?

I feel that RTOs experience a lot of stress in AVETMISS reporting periods. I’d like to work closely with RTOs to implement processes throughout the year that will alleviate their stress during the reporting period.

2. What credentials/past experience qualify you for your position?

For four years now, I’ve helped RTOs resolve a wide range of IT and industry-related issues. Prior to this, I provided international support for users in the manufacturing industry.

3. What do you do at aXcelerate?

Primarily, I provide phone and email support for aXcelerate users. My secondary responsibilities include managing our support solutions, and training aXcelerate staff. 

4. What do you like about working at aXcelerate?

I really enjoy the family feeling we have here at aXcelerate. Not a day goes by that I don’t feel like I’m a part of a close-knit team.

5. What's your background?

Growing up I had a keen interest in IT, and pursued this interest with a Bachelor of Information Technology, completed in 2014. After graduating with Honours I moved into the IT industry, later joining the support team at aXcelerate.

6. What are the values that drive you?

I believe that patience and perseverance are vital when approaching anything. 

7. What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

When I’m not busy with work, I like to keep active. A long term goal is to run the Bridge to Brisbane in less than 50 minutes. When not keeping active I like to keep up with my ever-expanding reading list and going on adventures in Brisbane.
