After signing off on your contract you start the aXcelerate onboarding process. We are here to support every step of your transformation and make your upgrade to aXcelerate as smooth as possible.
Once you have signed off on your aXcelerate agreement, we will set up your account and get you well under way to making aXcelerate the heart of your business.
After training commences, we enter into the live phase of your onboarding and make sure everything in your account is ready for real world application and success.
We don't personally implement the system. However, we guide you, train you up on the product and advise on solutions. We are on standby to support you throughout your journey wherever we can.
Onboarding hours are your consulting and training hours. This also includes additional time that may be spent preparing for sessions, coordinating work between different departments, and devising solutions for specific needs.
Yes, 15 Onboarding Hours are compulsory when purchasing aXcelerate. aXcelerate can help save you time in many aspects and we go to great lengths to make sure you aren't missing out on something useful for your training organisation. We recommend more Onboarding hours when starting your journey with aXcelerate - 20 for standard and 25 for Turbo
