1. What credentials/past experience qualify you for your position?

I come from a sales background, so my focus has always been on customer experience and finding mutually beneficial solutions. Sometimes that involves paying more money, but it always ends in a better user experience.

2. What do you do at aXcelerate?

At work I eat three times a day, and am part of the Customer Success team where I manage a pool of clients as their Customer Success Manager. 

3. What do you like about working at aXcelerate?

The opportunity to be part of a progressive company is exciting. And the people here go alright too.

4. What's your background?

I’m Samoan by nationality, born in New Zealand and lived predominantly in Sydney. I moved to Queensland in 2014, and still find it too hot here.

5. What are the values that drive you?

The principles of universal balance, and everything is energy. They keep me honest.

6. What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I’ve recently taken a liking to gardening, but I’ll always be obsessed with food, exercise and sport.
