One of the biggest pain points I experience is conflicting information across state-based contracts. Sometimes a contract will outline rules that conflict with RTO standards, which is confusing for everyone involved. It’s better to have consistency across the board.
I’ve worked in the VET Sector since my very first full-time job!
I started as a trainee in an RTO where I was lucky enough to work on numerous national government funding contracts, as well as dabble in a little bit of CRICOS.
After realising I was a sucker for punishment, I allowed AVETMISS Reporting to become my life! I managed admin teams and all that fun data, up until the end of November 2019 when I joined aXcelerate.
I work in the Customer Success Team. We’re responsible for just that—making sure our customers are successful aXcelerate users, able to streamline their business practices.
So far I’m enjoying learning from the super-skilled people that make up our team. There are so many different ways to use the system and it’s really interesting to see how different RTOs are using it.
