Name: Kaycie Bradley
Role: Senior Customer Success Manager
Favourite Quote:  “Living forever isn’t the trick, it’s living with yourself forever”—Captain Teague

1. What is something RTOs have to deal with that you want to fix?

One of the biggest pain points I experience is conflicting information across state-based contracts. Sometimes a contract will outline rules that conflict with RTO standards, which is confusing for everyone involved. It’s better to have consistency across the board.

2. What credentials/past experience qualify you for your position?

I’ve worked in the VET Sector since my very first full-time job!

I started as a trainee in an RTO where I was lucky enough to work on numerous national government funding contracts, as well as dabble in a little bit of CRICOS.

After realising I was a sucker for punishment, I allowed AVETMISS Reporting to become my life! I managed admin teams and all that fun data, up until the end of November 2019 when I joined aXcelerate.

3. What do you do at aXcelerate?

I work in the Customer Success Team. We’re responsible for just that—making sure our customers are successful aXcelerate users, able to streamline their business practices.

4. What do you like about working at aXcelerate?

So far I’m enjoying learning from the super-skilled people that make up our team. There are so many different ways to use the system and it’s really interesting to see how different RTOs are using it.

5. What's your background?

Born and raised in Melbourne, which means a few things for me:

  1. I really like coffee
  2. I hate when things close early
  3. I’m fanatical about AFL—I barrack for the Western Bulldogs (at least it’s not Collingwood!)

6. What are the values that drive you?

I don’t have a set of values as such, but I guess I’d say:

  • Being honest with yourself and those around you
  • Getting out of your comfort zone—experiences shape you
  • Having a good time and not taking life too seriously!

7. What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

Did I mention AFL yet? Love exploring new places, and experiencing new things. Enjoy driving, writing, taking photos and playing guitar. Some people may have heard me obnoxiously screech Mr. Brightside by The Killers in a karaoke bar.

I also have a little female sausage dog who’s super cheeky and generally likes to keep me on my toes!

For bragging purposes, here’s Enzo being a model
