We missed seeing all your lovely smiling faces at our national Client Forum tour which we weren’t able to run in 2020. It seems the COVID-19 pandemic will continue to disrupt the norm through border closures and quarantine requirements in 2021, so we will be running our next Client Forum as a fully online event. 

The digital Client Forum will be held on Wednesday 26 May 2021 from 10 am to 12 pm AEST. Hosted by Katie Mackay - Sales Executive, and Amina Jackson - Stakeholder Engagement Manager, the forum will run for 2 hours (with a small break) and will cover:

  • System Updates
  • New Learning Plans feature
  • Upcoming Work-based Learning feature 
  • Planned functional/usability enhancements 
  • As well as the standard Q & A
