How did it start?
VM Learning was established in 1989 and has been an RTO from the early nineties until recent times. Like many training providers, our company offered a wide range of programs and was highly labour intensive particularly when dealing with ever-changing bureaucratic requirements. Fortunately, when Reay Mackay joined us from IBM in 1992 he was determined to build an innovative cloud-based training management system that not only provided a totally a integrated approach but was also highly intuitive and easy to use. This powerful system has enabled us to maintain excellence in customer service, increase our productivity and effectiveness giving us continual predictable and profitable growth. After a decision to take the system to the market place, we have been overwhelmed by the positive response. Not only we been continually chosen when compared to other systems, but in formal assessments, we have been rated many points ahead of other similar products.
